It has been another super rainy week here in Nicaragua. The rain here in Nicaragua comes in waves. One moment it will be normal, then rainy, then normal, then rainy. It is a weird type of weather.

We have been working really hard this week to find new people to come unto Christ. It is very interesting to see the reactions that the people have when we begin to share our testimonies about the Restoration. Some are receptive and others just want us off their front porch. haha. But the work keeps pressing forward.

This week we had multi zone conferences. It was a very good experience listening to the words of President and Sister Russell. I really enjoyed how Sister Russell talked about the importance of the Book of Mormon and the Holy Ghost in the process of conversion. Elder J and I taught a workshop class about repentance. For the most part, everything went really well. It was a little hard because President showed us pictures of the new mission president that will be coming in a few weeks. I will miss President and Sister Russell so much. I know that the new mission president will do a great job.

We have been working with the members to help our investigators progress and our converts stay active.

Love this work.

Have a great week.

  • How are you doing? How has your week been? Things are good. Really rainy. Everything is great.
  • How are your companions doing? Is Elder C still with you or was he transferred? Comps are doing really good. Elder C is still with us. He is so funny.
  • Will you have the chance to see President and Sister Russell again or was that your last zone conference before they go home? I should see Pres Russell for my last interview before he leaves.
  • Is there anything you need or anyone we can pray for? Pray for Marbley.
