joy in the work

This week has been really awesome!

One of the main focuses that we have had this week is not only help our investigators, but other investigators in the zone prepare for baptism. We have been doing a lot of running around, visiting those who (are) approaching this great step in their lives! It is such an amazing experience to see how this Gospel changes people’s lives. One thing that I have noticed while I have been down here is that when you meet someone and you are happy, then they will also be more receptive and happy. So as we have been doing these visits, we make sure that we do everything that we can to show really the happiness and joy that this Gospel brings into the lives of these people.

On Thursday, we had a meeting with President and we presented how the zone is doing and what we are doing to have success.

On Friday, we got to travel around the zone with Elder H, one of the APs of the mission, and visit the people who are preparing for baptisms. Elder H is such an awesome person and a great example to me.

I am so grateful to be apart of this work and to see the joy that can come into the lives of these people through this work.

  • What kind of day have you had? It’s been a good day. We had a zone activity which was really fun. We had some investigators tell us they wanted to get baptized this week which is also a plus.
